Carts are not permitted in the parking lot. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled.  If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee.  Entries withdrawn after 12:00AM of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.\n
