Entries Open: January 8 at 9:00 a.m. EDT
Lottery: If necessary, a lottery will be held on Monday, Jan. 15 with the initial wave of entries closing that day at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Exempt players must register prior to the Monday, Jan. 15 initial deadline to guarantee their spot in the event. If a lottery is not needed, entries will then be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility: Entries are open to all members of the Society of Seniors. Guests may be permitted on a Committee approved basis if space allows.
Format: 120 players maximum (Please note we will be playing on only the Players Course each day) 54 Holes stroke play over four divisions.
Playing Divisions: All Divisions; Senior (55-64), Super Senior (65-69), Legend (70-74) and Grand Master (75+)
Entry Fee: $995 per member (includes four rounds of golf w/carts, practice facilities, prize fund of $75/pp, tee gift, and player gift card)
Exemptions: Top 10 of 2023 Sr/SSr and Top 5 of 2023 Legend/GM divisions, as well as the 2023 Players of the Year.

Registration & Practice Round, Monday, April 8:
Practice rounds on Players Course only beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 1:00 p.m. with all play off the 1st tee in foursomes on Players Course. Registration will be open from approximately 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
You will receive a link to sign up for Practice Rounds at your convenience. We will do our best to accommodate practice round requests.
Round One, Players Course only, Tuesday, April 9:
Practice facilities open at approximately 6:15 a.m. daily. Closes daily at 5:00 p.m.
Tee Times beginning at approximately 7:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. with all play off the 1st tee in threesomes on Players Course. Division order of starting TBD.
Round Two, Players Course only, Wednesday, April 10:
Practice facilities open at approximately 6:15 a.m. daily. Closes daily at 5:00 p.m.
Tee Times beginning at approximately 7:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. with all play off the 1st tee in threesomes on Players Course. Division order of starting TBD.
Final Round, Players Course only, Thursday, April 11:
Final Round Shotgun Start in foursomes beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Players Course only.
Food & Beverage: Monday (Practice Round), Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, lunch service will be available for purchase. At Registration on Monday, each player will be provided with a $50 gift card from the resort to use as they please.
On Course Drinking Water: There are Ice and Water Stations every three to four holes. There will also be a snack station provided as players make the turn each day.
Carts: Practice round and tournament carts are included in your entry fee. Carts are not permitted in the parking lot. Spectators are not allowed in players’ carts.

Notes: Practice balls are included in your entry fee. Club storage is limited. There is no locker space but limited shoe service. You may tip the bag and cart attendants. The pro shop is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 760-834-3825.

Refund Policy: Once an entry has been officially filed a withdrawal fee of $150 shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled. If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee. Entries withdrawn after 12:00AM of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.
