Entries:  Open on Monday, December 22 at 9:00 a.m. EDT.  First wave of entries to be processed NOT before Jan. 5, 2026

Lottery:  If necessary, a lottery will be held on Monday, January 5 with the initial wave of entries closing that day at 5:00 p.m. EDT.  Exempt players must register prior to the Monday, January 5 initial deadline to guarantee their spot in the event.  If a lottery is not needed, entries will then be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility:  Entries are open to all members of the Society of Seniors.  Full members take priority in the Lottery window.  Guests may be permitted on a Committee approved basis if space allows.

Format:  120 players maximum  (Please note we will be playing on the Celebrity Course twice and Players Course once) 54 Holes stroke play over four divisions.

Playing Divisions:  All Divisions; Senior (55-64), Super Senior (65-69), Legend (70-74) and Super Legend (75+).  Proposed division allotments to be 50 Senior, 40 Super Senior, 15 Legend and 15 Super Legend

Each division will play from their own set of tee markers.

Entry Fee:  $1050 per member (includes three rounds of golf w/carts, practice facilities, prize fund of $75/pp, tee gift, and player gift card)

Exemptions:  Top 10 of 2025 Sr/SSr and Top 5 of 2025 Legend/Super Legend divisions, as well as the 2025 Players of the Year.

Wednesday, April 8 (NO FORMAL PRACTICE ROUND):  There will be no formal registration on April 8th.  Tee gifts and resort gift cards will be distributed following the first round of competition after players have certified scores.

Round One, PLAYERS Course only, Thursday, April 9:  Practice facilities open at approximately 6:15 a.m. daily.  Closes daily at 5:00 p.m.

Tee Times beginning at approximately 7:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. with all play off the 1st tee in threesomes on Celebrity Course.  Division order of starting to be Senior, Super Senior, Legend, and Super Legend.

Round Two, Celebrity Course only, Friday, April 10:  Practice facilities open at approximately 6:15 a.m. daily.  Closes daily at 5:00 p.m.

Tee Times beginning at approximately 7:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. with all play off the 1st tee in threesomes on Celebrity Course.  Division order of starting to be Super Legend, Legend, Super Senior, and Senior.

Final Round, Celebrity Course only, Saturday, April 11:  Final Round Shotgun Start in foursomes beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Celebrity Course only.  

Food & Beverage:  Lunch service will be available for purchase.  At Registration on Monday, each player will be provided with a $50 gift card from the resort to use as they please.

On Course Drinking Water:  There are Ice and Water Stations every three to four holes.  There will also be a snack station provided as players make the turn each day.

Carts:  Carts are included in your entry fee. Carts are not permitted in the parking lot. Spectators are not allowed in players’ carts.

Lodging Options: There are several hotel options in the area as well as Airbnb/VRBO.

Refund Policy:  Once an entry has been officially filed a withdrawal fee of $150 shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled.  If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee.  Entries withdrawn after 12:00AM of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.
