Entries Open: Monday, January 22 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. Entries close on Monday, April 8 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
Format: 54-Hole Four-Ball Stroke Play competition, two partners competing together as a side. Each player plays his own ball. Society of Seniors members may bring a non-member as a partner.
Members of a team may be of different age divisions; each player plays the appropriate set of tees according to their age.
Three sets of tees (55-64, 65-69 and 70+).
One payout division.
Eligibility: Open to all members of the Society of Seniors and their guests
Field Size: Field size is limited to 116 players
Entry Fee: $990 per player (covers four rounds of golf with carts, practice facilities, three meals, prizes, and tee gift)
Tournament Registration: At the clubhouse on Monday, April 22 beginning at 11:00 a.m. Please register to receive your tee gift. Pairings and Instructions will be available. Practice range will be open. Lunch buffet will begin at 11:30 a.m.
Monday, April 22: Practice round will be tee times starting at 12:10 off the first tee. A link will be sent to players to sign up for the practice round. If you do NOT intend to participate in the practice round, please let SOS staff know.
Tuesday, April 23: Practice range will open one hour prior to first tee time. Depending on field size, Tee times will start at approximately 8:30 a.m. from the first and tenth tees.
Wednesday, April 24: Practice range will open one hour prior to first tee time. Depending on field size, Tee times will start at approximately 8:30 a.m. from the first and tenth tees.
Thursday, April 25: Final round Shotgun Start at approximately 8:30 a.m.
Awards ceremony immediately following play at scoring area.
F&B Information: Buffet lunch prior to Sunday practice round tee times beginning at 11:30 a.m.
Player lunches included following first two rounds of competition. Final round lunch is on your own.
Incidental Charges: All major credit cards accepted. No Cash.
Carts: Practice round and tournament carts are included in your entry fee. Carts are NOT permitted in the parking lot. Spectators are not allowed in players’ carts.
Notes: Practice balls are included in your entry fee. There is limited locker space available. Shoe service will be available on a limited basis. You may tip the bag and cart attendants. The pro shop is open daily.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy for 2024 Ed Tutwiler Four-Ball: Once an entry has been officially filed a withdrawal fee of $150 ($300 per team) shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100 ($200 per team). Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled. If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee. Entries withdrawn after 12:00 a.m. of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.
