RESULTS: 18th Jack Hesler Tournament
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – It was moving day at the 18th Jack Hesler Tournament at Marsh Creek Country Club. Scoring conditions were a little more favorable on Wednesday as temps creeped into the 60s with winds about 15-20mph. Four players found red numbers to position themselves for tomorrow’s final round.
In the Senior division, Jeff Frazier, Mechanicsburg, PA, fired 71 (-1) and now finds himself tied for the lead at (+5) with Carlos Aranda, of Springfield, VA.
In the Super Senior division, Jeff Dandurand, Westlake, TX, sits at (+3) and also shot 71 to grab the lead by three strokes over James Pearson, Charlotte, NC. Bob Beck, Allentown, PA, also shot 71 and is in third place at (+7).
Terry Tyson, Perrysburg, OH, has taken the lead in the Legend division after his second round of 74. He sits at (+7) for the tournament and leads Marc Fried, Solon, OH, by one stroke.
Larry Woods, Louisville, KY, also matched the low round of the day again (71) to continue to lead the Super Legend division. He leads John Osborne, Vero Beach, FL, and Don Donatoni, West Chester, PA, by six shots.
