RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. – Players in the 11th Founders Cup enjoyed perfect chamber of commerce weather on Tuesday for the first round of competition on Mission Hills Country Club’s Pete Dye Challenge Course. The round of the day belonged to Bryan Hoops (Tempe, AZ), who is coming off his victory at the Senior Masters just a couple days ago. Hoops posted a 4-under 68 that featured six birdies against two bogeys.
